Clubs should realise that the longer a coach stays the chances of discontent or staleness sets in as with compliance! New players come in and new ideas with different personality of coaches is always a positive!

Simmo is not going to coach, I would maybe ask him if he would be interested in Talking to the players one last time before the game. I understand he would want to remove himself but maybe one last time would inspiring to the group !
