A proper old skool favourite, perfect with chips and beans.
serves 4-6
Ingredients:
Block of short crust pastry
250g cheese
8 eggs
150ml single cream
Black pepper
Butter
1finely diced onion

Thanks honestly can't remember myself but I couldn't taste the onions in this maybe because I used mature cheddar but it did bring back good memories.
