I left my phone on auto play and I fell asleep to a 4 hour lore video and a 3 hour Lo-fi video and 20 minutes into this was the best sleep I’ve had in ages

As someone who has hyperacusis, or very sensitive hearing which cause loud and hogh pitched noises to hurt my ears, the alarms at my school are kinda quiet.
In my school when there is a fire drill/alarm triggering we have to wait for an intercom message AND an email to the teacher before we can leave the burnt ashes :/
