Because students will play too much if spinning chairs, if not spinning chairs then you already know some kids(obviously not all) will damage the cushion of the seats. And any chair with wheels would be a roller coaster(coming from personal experience cuz there were 2 chairs with wheels in my class after a function in school)

As an Asian, we didn't even had nice chairs. We legit had wooden benches in school, each held two students lol. Edit: For people asking, Indian here. And yes, India is a country in the continent of Asia. Edit 2: Some of y'all legit need to study geography & maps again. Like mate, c'mon! Edit 3: The number of students sitting in one bench was determined by the size of the bench. Ours were smaller, so it held two. by teacher's chair do they mean the office or the one in classes because on classes teacher's chair here is as barebone as student's but in office out teacher's chair is better

It's true about the chairs.We're sitting on fully wooden chairs while teachers sit in comfortable ones.I guess it's because we need to learn that not everything is comfortable and we can't do and afford everything we want

I feel bad for yall who had to go through school without teachers who cared. I was lucky to mostly have teachers who took their job seriously but at the same time were willing to do anything to make sure you succeed and understand the concept. The grade system is not something that you can blame teachers for, trust me, they know that its garbage, but they cant really do much about it.
Then I'll just choose the answer that is closest to the one i got, so for example if i got 38 and it isn't one of the options but 37 is one of the options I'll pick 37
