If you want to use a damage mod, make sure you already know which weapon you want to mod, only 30+ lvl weapons can be modded, so the way you do it is, Click the damage mod, click use on the damage mod, then tap on the weapon you want to mod (make sure it's lvl 30+), then click Ok then wait for it to mod
