School Songs for Anxious Adults 

This is a video I've wanted to make for a long time and I really hope you enjoy it! Playing through the songs that we sang at school takes me to a very calming place and really helps ease my anxieties. The modern pace of life is very rapid and can mean we often feel overwhelmed. In this video I'm taking you back to a simpler time when we would all sing together to start the day. In the video I go from some of the school assembly tunes via folk songs and even add in a mix of 90s children's TV show themes. They're not perfect renditions by any means but mistakes are definitely part of life and embracing them is a great way of not setting yourself up for impossible standards.
I've had a number of people tell me that they use my videos to help them fall asleep (I won't take it personally 😅) and help ease nerves. Once you hit play on this, make sure that you fully relax and reset over the following half an hour. Think of it as a little bit like an alternative to guided calming meditations!
