@@kieracalder I enjoy living here alot, I am going back to UK on September cuz I am currently in ksa ( Saudi Arabia ) and mostly russians go there so I just wanted to take my leaving certificate and I enjoyed in UK alot!, I just had some questions about year 8, like are you guys allowed phones? Or wearing makeup etc?

@@Zemfirafedor_ awe I’m glad to hear you liked it 💝 yeah we’re not supposed to have our phones out during the school day and if your caught you will get a warning or it taken off you either till the end of the class or rest of the day, makeup and eyelashes are a big thing in my school I’m not aware of any rules against it because it’s just so common :)

yes most schools in the uk wear uniform (unfortunately haha) everyone complains about it but at the same time we’re so used to it that’s we can’t really imagine wearing normal clothes there. our schools quite strict we’re allowed some jewellery and a piercing or two to style it but that’s about it sadly haha but I hope that answered your questions 🫶🏼

@@leacernikova7786 i'm not sure but there is a couple of people (I go to an all girls school) that i've seen wearing trousers so I think so, the only thing that really ever happens with the uniform is people don't wear their blazers in the corridors (which is manditory outside a classroom or the canteen) then a teacher would just tell them to put it back on

@@kieracalder So different! In my country we do not even have all girls school :D. That's so strict! Even during summer you have same uniform? Are you allowed to wear make-up? At my school no one really care about appearence (jeans, hoodies, even crop tops are quite popular), we just have t ochange shoes, when we come to school.

haha you're very lucky!! we still have time off for summer but if your talking about like may/june they will let us just wear our shirts and skirt which isn't too bad. Yeah makeup/eyelashes (eyelashes are very popular and i've even heard that a couple of the older students had lip filler) aren't really a problem at all because no one would come in with anyhting excentric like crazy eyeshadow or anything :)@@leacernikova7786

I’ve completely stopped buying from Starbucks as of February this year (ever since I heard about the boycott) I want to help in any way I can to stop or at least stop funding the horrible wars going on my heart goes out to the innocent people in both countries 💔
