When he started talking about how everybody coming up is now into weed and rapping (vs. banging) I was gonna say jerking really changed the whole mentality of the youth culture in south central. I'm from San Diego & I work at a sushi restaurant in Beverley Hills & one of the main chefs that works with me is a Hoover Crip & he is one of the most friendly & funniest dudes I can hang out with. He's been banging since the early 90s & he spent a few years in jail & he changed his life around & he did a colarnary trade in prison & when he got out, they sent him to further his skills so he can improve & today he works at one of the biggest Sushi Restaurants & he be pulling in some of the young YGs from his hood to learn about cooking.

He's 100% correct and if you think he's wrong you're just ignorant and small minded. Weed has saved many many lives in many ways. Often by giving people the ability to think differently about things, and when you learn to think differently it also helps you understand that you can go on different paths in life and that you're not stuck with only one option. Not trying to be a hippy about it, but I really do think that if more people smoked some herb everyday, I'm not talking about smoking a half zip and getting stupid high I just mean in a normal or moderate way, the world would be a much less violent, angry and divisive place.

Besides, if that were the case then rappers like Rick Ross would be doing life sentences for discussing certain illegal activities that they may or may not have done.
