I loved this episode of the series about what you learned from therapy. I have struggled with social anxiety for 5 years, and it has gotten so much worse in the last year. I'm scared to live my life and go to freshman events. I want to go out and experience the fun things of hs but I'm too scared. honestly, telling myself "no one cares about you jorie, no one is looking at you, no one is making fun of you" has helped a lot! and although my anxiety is still awful, it has gotten better. I love how open you are with your mental health struggles, because ik it helps people so much. 💕

My hot tip for winged eyeliner is 1.use eyeshadow and an angled brush and 2. I do my lashes first and just use the angled brush to almost like stamp the colour just on the ends of my eyelids to make a wing. By going your lashes/mascara first I find I need waaay less eyeliner and it helps it not be too heavy
