He just called poor people beggars. Like, people who live of state funded education, healthcare etc. He is saying that those people are beggars, so they can't be like, "we need better education, better healthcare". He is implying that India should adopt american model - no government healthcare, full privatisation of education and healthcare. Meanwhile, Bernie Sanders is the most popular leader in america right now.

SaK3T Meitantei the joke is that " Beggars are not choosers", this quote is being discussed only among us... Beggars haven't even heard of it. So they don't even know that they're not choosers. Yeh saari intellectual baatein apne mein hi Chal rahi hai...

@@m.s.g1266 He says that line. Then he goes on saying that the beggar said to him - capitalism is cancer. And also he starts this sketch talking about incompetencies of government schools. It was a sketch on poor people who live of state sponsored welfare schemes such as government schools, government hospitals. He is implying that the Kanhaiya fan base which demand free education free healthcare from government are actually begging and hence they can't choose, but they don't think they r beggars. Also, the last line tries to draw a sketch on how Kanhaiya and alike are anti capitalism.
