From the Festival Interviolas Bogotá. Franz Schubert Arpeggione Sonata. Henri Vieuxtemps - Capriccio Viola - Marc Sabbah Piano - Mauricio Arias-Eaguerra Played on a Thomas Meuwissen viola c.1998.
Very relaxed posturing throughout - you're interpretation is quite the pleasure to watch. Though this piece is just a few days shy of its 200th birthday - you make it sound young and fresh! Friendly even.
@@marcsabbah5275 You're most welcome. And thank you for uploading this wonderful performance! Your viola! - who makes such a beautiful thing? You seem made for each other.
Like a second marriage, discovering all the emotions you thought you'd already known, this time for real! 🙂🙌 What a great interpretation and phrasing. Thank you for sharing your work!

This is one of my most favorite viola pieces and this beautiful rendition is simply gorgeous! I am a violinist but I think the amazing tone of a great violist is something that is unsurpassed. It's so soothing to every cell in my being. Thank you for all your years of hard work to achieve this absolutely sublime music.
