Yeah, I even prefer it like this than the novel, so that their relationship is purer and more adorable, definitely the highlight of the series. The personalities of these two actors are lovely too. Bing is rather quiet and Kido loves being loud and makes every one laugh, they make a perfect match in personality

All bl dramas like immortality, winner is king, heaven's official blessing, story of the bat , seizing dreams , chasing the Light, in darkness, a league of novelman are being shelved.( they won't air now ) All these dramas finished filming a long time ago but we might not get them. So I don't think we will get sci mystry becoz it's been 4 yrs and the trailer was already out but no news and on top of that it's bl. We got robbed of so many bl dramas. But let's wait maybe after 5 yrs they will be more open minded🥺💜💜💜💜. Overall if it's bl it's gone.

@@thousandwater maybe sci not as popular as guardian but i still love their bromance..when sir bai keep teasing dr.zhan but at the same time he can be very protective to dr.zhan..im waiting for second season too coz their cases still not settle yet..the real suspect still not come to surface yet.. One day, sci could be popular as guardian since kido n bing are the great actors n their chemistry are superb..just keep prayed n believe they can be known like other bromance actors..😉😉😉😉

Ur right, not only the main character but the supporter roles also quite alike, the cute guy Bai chi is like Da qing (the cat), the prety masculine girl Bai qingtang is like Chu hong (the snake), the mature man who always wear black Zhao hu is like old man Chu (the puppet man).

Probably there will be no s2 because they planned to make it in summer last year but nothing happened. no more info any more

so sad :( this is just an Incomplete Story....... but i really enjoyed it a lot because of its good story, nice music and amazing lead actors :)
