I posted this on her herniated disc video. Sharing here, hoping it helps someone… About a year ago, I recovered from a ruptured disc through Physical Therapy. I wasn’t a believer in PT at first, but they took me from barely able to walk to jogging in 2 weeks. Recently, I re-injured my lower back while hiking (failed to stretch before the hike). Fearing that it was a disc issue again, I searched RU-vid and Instagram and found Jessica. After a week of non-stop pain, I found this video and her sciatic fix video. For the first night in over a week, I slept AND woke up with no pain! None. I was still tight and sore, but the pain was gone. I couldn’t believe it. Tonight is night #2. I performed the same two videos and added her hip stretch video, realizing that my hips were basically locked down tight. Still no pain. It’s wonderful. Thank you for creating these videos!

These simple excercises have saved me from suffering I had been having since 2 months. I am doing these on daily basis and already started feeling better with in a week. Thanks from buttom of my heart. Will continue these stretching.

Thank you so much for these exercises~ :) I have sciatica, plus arthritis in so many places now in my 60's. I used to be able to do alot of hiking~ 6-8 miles in a day, now I am lucky to be doing 1 1/2 mile hikes due to arthritis in my feet as well. The sciatic has been causing pain for about 2 years now, so thankfully I have found your you tube video and will do this daily. Patty

Many thanks for this video Jessica. I have sciatica pain, and will do this video every day till it goes. I definitely couldn't do the side stretch to the painful side, so I skipped it. The rest was pleasant to do.

At first i didn't think a few exercise would help improve some of the pain I was having decided to give it a go and to my surprise it definitely made a difference in just the one time (i will continue all the time now) i tried it i felt the tension releasing thank you!!!

Those are the exercises I do every day for lumbar spine proplapses and hip bursitis. I love them. But I don´t get relief, just for a short time. Do you think I have a serious injury? I commented on the other video that I got an intervention, but 3 days after I´m the same as before! What can I do?

I do this every night and it has really helped me so far. The only downside is the loud music after the practice, I always have to grab my phone immediately to lower the volume or else I'd wake my parents up. Haha Nevertheless, wonderful practice. Thanks!

AAAhhhhhh NO!!! The straight leg lift is the worst thing you can do for sciatica. DO NOT STRETCH THE NERVE. BAd advice

She specifically said not to stretch it… you did t listen to her and physios all recommended this exercise. She’s a physiotherapist so I think she’s qualified.
