If I hear one more person tell ne what to do about my acne, I'll scream. I eat healthy, drink boatloads of water, exercise, maintain a skin care routine, and everything in between, and still got it, cause genetics just suck like that

That's me. I was even arguing with my mom that do these people even put water or ever touched their face in life who have the gloiwest skin? Like look at these famous superstars for eg. You may not find any single of them having acne or maybe even one pimple. God has problems with those who are trying to maintain a good skin?

Make sure to cleanse and MOISTURIZE!! Sounds weird but when you moisturize it helps your body produce less sebum because you're already providing it some moisture.

Dang. Both of my parents had very little acne growing up, and my mom had never experienced a zit in her life. Me and my brother don't really get acne as a result but it's not like my skin is clear lol. I'm prone to ezcema (really, really bad ezcema) and my face is sweaty af.

Acne should not be viewed as a disease. It's a natural thing that may or may not happen to you, it really isn't a big deal because as long as you're not being stupid and popping all the pimples and scarring your skin, you'll be fine and have no long term damage.

//yofriendfromupnorth\\ inc. but it is a disease though. It’s almost like a rash. It has the tendency to spread if it’s left untreated. The difference between acne and a rash is that acne is caused by your pores getting clogged . You have to have a that bacteria mentioned in the video to have acne prone skin though. Acne IS very well a skin disease, but it is however harmless. There is a cure for everyone. To kill the acne bacteria you must have a proper skincare routine for it and a proper diet that fights off the Acne that your skin can can remain clear. Some types of acne even require a prescription. The cause of acne is different for everyone though and that’s why it’s so difficult finding products and medications to treat it, because everyone’s skin is SO different. Again, acne is NOT natural and there IS a cure.

I literally had acne so bad from like 12-17 ish years old now Imm 31 and I have skin with minimal breakouts like once a month, not super oily or dry at all or anything. I no longer wash my face with things that clog my pores when I used to in my 20s….

I would not take this video at face value. Yes it's true that bacterial plays a role in acne formation but their scientist need to do more research in that acne is an internal problem that affects the skin. Oily skin is due to your bodies inability to break down fatty acids effectively. When this happens those fatty acids or excessive oils get pushed through your skin causing acne.

Water isn't actually wet. Being wet is a sensation that animals (humans included) feel that is opposed to dry. Say if you were fully submersed in water, you wouldn't be wet until you hit the air above the water. The water isn't wet, you are wet!

Had really bad acne ,not many but large ones like 2-3 cm Diameter and like 4 of them on my face , took pills for 6 months , they ended like a week ago , no more acne not one , my skin is still very dry because of the pills but luckly no acne

its food for me, white rice, white pasta, sugar... it started at age 23 and im 32 and still i get acne, Its just the food. I think it will never stop well maybe when i will be 80 years old haha. Does are lucky that can eat everithing and dont get acne.

I had bad acne 73,83 Accutane saved me took many insults very frustrating. And it's from your parents whether they had it or not it's a gift nobody needs. My parents never had it. Lucky scumbags scum. Most people look down on acne people they are 2 faced behind your back.
