Thank you Kara RDHEP and Dr, Lynch. This really cleared up a some concerns I have about continuing to use Listerine.

a year old but what about fluoride? ive heard its best to use two mouthwash - one for anti bacteria and one for fluoride

Does anyone have any opinions of other possibly competing brands such as 'Amazon Basics? which are marketed to compete with Listerine brand?' Thanks!

Equate is $4 cheaper therefore better than Listerine lol🇺🇸
