let me give u some serious advice on not able to recall what u studied there are 2 general way 1 theoritical 2 u develop it yourself ur own way of recalling what u studied on pure instinct which is more effective cause u are not forcing yourself to do it u will be consistent i developed it by watch a guy when i was in 8th grade my own way its connecting the dots i try to connect everything in a particular subject when i am revising what i am studing now u may choose either way to learn the right way to recall what u studied it will come to u slowly but surely the instinat i was talking about btw took me more than 2 year to develop this habit hope it helps thank you
