Scientist Quit Research because Academia is Toxic 

Academic institutions are really unprofessional.

If the question is for me : I have had a lot of chances .I have take full professional profits on some , others not so good . But I have followed successfully my scientific projects ALONE and have published my papers in good journals without collaborators and out of the main streams of Physics in mostly of my papers .
