14:00 I would not make that deal. At least not without deep talks with my child/children. That is a weird trade-off. I think an important part of being a loving parent is acting in the best of our children (not ourselves), while maintaining a relationship with them. We try to communicate the dangers of intimate relationships and illicit drug use, while also sharing safe situations, uses, and benefits of sex and medications. Not just 'you can or can't do this or that', but why we feel that way, so our children can make informed choices and understand that our rules come from a place of love.

Question: Are public Scientologists who have jobs out in the community expected to put in a certain amount of hours every week doing courses? Are they expected to give a certain amount of their income to Scientology? Are public Scientologists able to have fun.and enjoy life? How much control does Scientology have over public Scientologists? Ashton and Mila should move to Ukraine.

I wouldn't even make my kid give up anything to give them birth control. I encourage open communication, and not ruining your whole future because you have normal hormones.

I absolutely told my daughters that, while I hoped they waited until they were at least 20 to have sex, I would not be angry if they chose to have it earlier, BUT I would be furious if they didn't use protection. They did wait, and I'm proud that my oldest went to the University's Health Services during her first year at college, to get condoms for her roommate, who was having unprotected sex (believing it was less "sinful" if it wasn't planned or prepared for). There's no way BC should be tied to any other behaviors/deals, IMO. Did RM's parents think it would have been okay for their daughter to be pregnant *and* using drugs?
