I was diagnosed having scleroderma, vasculitis and polymyositis ... My ANA +, ana profile + and biopsy also confirm the diagnosis ... I was in bed with oxygen support for around 7 month, im very weak at that time, i had hypertension, heart arythmia, pleural effusion, cardiac effusion, gerd, ulcer, pancreatitis, copd, big cyst on both of my kidney, cholecystitis ... Now thanks God, i can work and drive almost normal ... Here's what i did in the past few years : 1. Increasing my vitamin D from 7 to 69 in 12 month 2. Drink 1 bowl of bonebroth every morning to fix leaky gut 3. Eat variety of probiotics everyday (kimchi, yoghurt, kefir) 4. Eat turmeric powder, moringa powder, curcuma xanthoriza, half tablespoon each as anti oxydan and anti inflamation 5. Im able to off from almost all medicine (atorvastatin, ramipril, steroid, etc) i only use 2,5mg bisoprolol daily now (down from 5mg) 6. I notice that since i use honeywine (fermented mixture of wine and honey) my polymyositis are getting better, it seems it (honeywine) only affect muscle, since many of other autoimune patients particularly involving muscle (lupus also) reporting that they are getting better 7. Pray to God 🙇🙏
