La sfida globale dell'inclusione dell'Altro è sempre più attuale per le nostre società. Evidentemente non basta vivere in un mondo iperconesso, con la libertà di spostamento e l'accesso continuo alle informazioni per garantire una coesione sociale. Le nuove crisi esigono risposte coordinate da parte di tutti i paesi e tutte le culture. Il nostro futuro dipenderà direttamente dalla nostra capacità di considerarci pari, di andare oltre gli stereotipi e i pregiudizi, di vedere che siamo nella stessa barca. Ascoltiamo Priel Korenfeld perché quello è il messaggio che ci vuole dare: l’ascolto.
The global challenge of social integration is more and more vivid in today's society. Apparently, living in a hyperconnected world, with freedom of movement and constant sharing of information, is not enough to bring about cross-cultural harmony. These new global stresses call for a coordinated response from all the countries and cultures. Our future hinges on our ability to set ourselves equal and go beyond stereotypes, ignorance and fears, recognizing our common nature and fate. Let us listen Priel Korenfeld because that is the message he want to give us: listening.
Aged 33, born and raised in Israel, after completing his 4-year military service he moves to Udine to join an international student program promoted by Caritas Diocesana in Udine, where he shares a flat with Palestinians, Turkishes and Kurds for 3 years. He graduated in Psychology at the University of Trieste and is especially fond of conflict management, social prejudices, as well as organizational psychology. As a freelance he provides advice to early stage startups, participates in the creation of new network models in the field of coworking for professionals, and is involved in the hosting system of asylum seekers.
