Fun fact: Thorn (the lead of the Hex Girls, aka the guitarist with black hair) shares her voice actor with Ashe from Overwatch and honestly you can hear it, it’s practically the same voice except Thorn is slightly more nasal while simultaneously witchy/mysterious. The voice actor herself is actually one of the most prolific voice actors of all time, recognized by the guiness book of records for the sheer amount of work she’s done in film, tv, video games, and more.

I really liked how they did a red monochromatic design for Thorn. I can't think of many examples where that kind of monochrome is used right alongside full colour.

It's weird that they created hex girls and they became a cult following. originally it was Josie and pussy cats the gang originally teamed up with the gang however they belong to archie due to trademark. if they wanted to I kind of wish they made a hex girls tv spinoff series and retconning that it was hex girls going mysteries and performances. however no space spinoff.
Every prepubescent boy watching this movie when the Hex Girls first showed up must have been thinking "I mean I was already enjoying this, but something feels...different."

This was one of my favorite movies as a kid! I was always so excited when it would show around Halloween. I also know I'm not the only guy out there who had a crush on Thorn back then. Lowkey still do lol. I didn't realize it then, but now I understand that my love for horror began way back then too. Things like Halloween, music and all of that scene are some of the biggest reasons why my wife and I initially bonded as friends years ago.
I’am heartbroken about the recent news that the planned hex girls film for 2023 got canceled by Warner bros discovery and later turned into a tax write off just like final space.😞
They need a show of there own I would watch it 1gen only the last gen was ok. P.s I built a tribute van to them in Forza Horizion 4 builder Darkone07 with Thorn's Bat on the side 😃
