@ralelunar @ralelunar agreed. SNL has a super cast at this point. Bringing on Sarah Sherman helped give it more of that weird gruesome humor and make things more interesting. I don't know if Sarah wrote this sketch but it was clearly written with her in mind. They're getting more crazy weird ideas on the show and that's great. The weird gruesome is freaking hilarious 😂 especially they do it to the Scooby-Doo cartoon / juxtaposition

Perspective is a funny thing. This was an awful attempt at humor. Trying to recapture the Dead Poets "captain" skit from years back. It fell flat.

I can see the same direction all over this that you used on the Christmas Carol piece with the coin in the eye bit. My favorite films have always been these dark comedies where you don't know if you'll be scared or laugh. Very seldom done at all. Looking forward to seeing more from this director.
