I’m so glad you spoke about the customer service although I have not had any issues with glamlite myself it does it mean that it won’t happen. We should all be speaking out about customer service because nowadays it seems like folks have none experience in that field. never be afraid to speak out on your experience with any brand, much love all the way from Arizona USA.

I didn't get this palette, but I did get the previous scooby doo collection. It was much more my vibe. I will say, my chucky palette is perfect. So, it must have been a batch issue. It's probably my fav glamlite palette. Strawberry shortcake is a very close second. Thank you for showing this off so well.

Because of this video, I am now 100% full well, will never ever going to test their makeup. Order once, they ruined they order, tried to charge me more, refused full refund AND blocked my comments when they wouldn't answer my emails. I just wanted to try because their makeup is truly beautiful but now I know I can't and won't. Thank you for being so very honest I needed this!

Gorgeous looks dear!! Ugh wish you could've used your finger for the shimmers because they pick up like a dream with the fingers and also so pigmented when applied with fingers! Wish the pallete wasn't so big its true it has too much dead space and definitely missing the lighter mattes

I love the make up, i love the outfit 💚🧡 scooby doo is my absolute childchood! 🥰 it's really shame on glamlite, poor customer service and the super expensive shipping... this collection is beautiful, and they always smash their packaging. But the price of shipping is unfortunate no from me. And I'm sure it puts so many people off 😔 i understand it's an US brand, and shipping to Europe isnt cheap, but other brands manage to ship for much cheaper! X

Love Glamlite’s products, but I agree their customer service is atrocious. I didn’t receive my scooby doo blush duo from my order. I emailed May 31 and haven’t heard back. I may think twice about ordering from them again. There are so many other brands with beautiful products that I’m happy to give my money to that have wonderful customer service 😉 You look beautiful Kerry!

I love the first look and your honesty! The same thing happened to me with Unearthly Cosmetics and I didn't write anything on their Instagram only to their customer service. They blocked me totally 3 years ago so I can't see their IG and they don't answer why they didn't that. I got broken palettes and I though that they should send me new ones instead of money back, explaining how much I paided for shipping, taxes and fees. But they didn't just send the money back and blocked me.

I haven’t even had a shipping notice for mine yet, but in fairness I just had to pre order the make up bag as well just cos it’s so cute. It was supposed to ship from June 15th though. I also ordered the Chucky palette as that looks dark and grungy. I’ll probably get it in time for Hallowe’en, lol 😂 That play suit is absolutely bomb! Just a thought; you could wear plain shorts over the top of it to make it a bit more out of the house friendly. Love the vid as always ❤

Last purchase I made from glamlite was the chucky palette. I had no issues with my order or customer service but I do hear a lot of people complain about their customer service 😐😑 anyway, I love both looks you created. ❤

LOVE the outfit! I’ve heard from several people Glamlite’s customer service is terrible and I agree their shipping is so slow and expensive, even for me being in the US. But I love your looks and I am definitely on board for a pallet bingo.

I've never tried Glamlite but if i did, i would order from Monolith because of nearly everyone says how slow the shipping is and I've heard a few people say they have had a bad experience with customer service and that really puts me off ordering from a brands website. That second like was gorgeous 😍. This just shows how nice of a person you are that you will still give credit where credit is due.

I absolutely recommend Monolith. I buy a lot of the indie brands there. Shipping is fast. For europe shipping charges are very nice.

Good lord I’ve been saying that the whole time , kind of wished they did the palette into the mystery van. That would of been super cute , can’t say I had bad customer service with glamlite but I sure did with klarity cosmetics, they were terrible and it’s been over 8 months since they were supposed to replace the mermaizing pans that were shimmers , u couldn’t even pick it up without the shimmers literally falling out like dust , and the magic lamp palette, it bugs me other utubers not mentioning a name but they just love the mermaizing and lamp palette, they got to be lying because it’s shit ! Absolutely shit ! I even bought the two again months later to see if it was just me and nope it’s the same , u can’t even pick the shimmers up because they just swirl around like dirt and don’t adhere to anything , what a waste of my time and money and most of all some people influenced me to buy and I took there word for it , live and learn I suppose but u bet your damn penny I won’t be buying from them EVER again not even that stupid aloha palette, I’m scared to try anything from them now. Give me glow is great and there similar to klarity , I even was told year ago that they work out of the same warehouse but give me glow and klaritys shadows are like night and day. Maybe u bought the aloha palette from klarity and maybe it’s good but they put a nasty taste in my mouth ! Just a heads up with there formula and there absolute terrible customer service. There isn’t any customer service, it’s pretty much with them BUYER BEWARE !

I have a few Klarity palettes but not the magic lamp. I haven’t had an issue personally with their formula. Although I know their costumer service is also shocking as they treated my friend AWFULLY when it was their mistake. I can’t support them anymore due to this. Bad customer service is the one thing that I cannot stand. I really hope you get your replacements or a refund asap as that’s not ok xx

@@kerry_k thanks Kerry , but yeah it’s been 8 months , well 9 months now and klarity still has not fixed any problems with there palettes they sent me , not my fault your shadows fall out when u hold them open to look and it’s not because they were broken , nothing like that , it was literally there dry dry formula , I wanna make a video myself to show people these palettes, there customer service just ignores me now and they won’t answer nothing , I wanted to send the palettes back so they could see for themselves but they won’t answer me on that either so it’s a total utter loss , but now I know and I’ll let everyone know it’s a possibility that u can receive palettes like I did , sorry your friend had a horrible experience, her and I are in the same boat ! They’re terrible and I’ll stay away from them here on out ! Thank u Kerry for all your videos , I just love you and your channel here from the U.S and I always look forward for your content and beautiful face , so thank u for all the hard work you do !
