Philly is out of control I was just caught up in a shooting i could of been shot me and my sister in Parkside West Philly side of Philadelphia taking to my sister just walked out the house standing in the street next to her car and they start shooting we had to duck behind my jeep still shaking come in the house and see this shooting on the north side of Philly on the news it's broad daylight and they shooting like a cowboy movie been here 53 years and I'm ready to go

As someone who was born in Philly, and whose family lived there for five generations, I do believe that deep down, Philadelphia is still the city of brotherly love. But people like him keep giving this once decent city full of hard-working families a horrible name because they keep killing people for literally no reason. I'm tired of people trying to blame white men for black people killing so many other black people in Philly. White men didn't invent ghetto culture, gangsta rap, or push cultural beliefs that if you don't deal drugs, use drugs, join violent gangs, and view education as a bad thing, then you aren't a good black person. Don't believe me? Ask any black man or woman who lived in a Philly ghetto and was able to escape that life style and they'll tell you how they are taught, not by white people, but by other black people, to be hateful and cruel. Otherwise, they are outcasted, treated poorly, and beaten up. Not all black people are like this, of course. Most of them are not like this and they want Philly to be a good place to raise their family. But ghetto culture is what is causing all the violence and teaching young men to be violent. Especially in the neighborhoods where most of the shootings occur

If you have kids you really should take dilberts advice to heart. This isn't going to get better anytime soon.
