funny how we hit a certain age... have lived the bike hype...and realise all ya really need is a 125 .. .. . i have a nc700x lovely bike.... but recently got a 200 burgman for work.. and really love the small scoot.. even 2 up its steady with our combined bulk... but its more comfortable for the girls butt on pillion....we dont rush anymore... re-discovering local lanes in N kent uk that i rode as a teen on my fizzy..stopping at cafe's etc ..rivers.. tea stops.... id say its more fun than when i was young and fast.... ..
Had bikes of all shapes and sizes over the years. I'm done and found I was happier than ever aboard the Honda Wave 110i. Just moved on to a Honda sh 300i. Perfect. Great upload. Just about sums it all up.
Loved it, and particularly enjoyed seeing people touring on scooters and small bikes. All really inspirational stuff that brings back happy memories of some of our own trips. It’s got me in the mood for an adventure this year. Thanks for sharing 👍
I’ve had lots of big bikes........but I get all my thrills and adventures from 125cc bikes/scooters. I love the innova, nice tall gearing for a little bike. Both beautiful machines....the Tucano urbano skirt cover that buckles onto the sh125i is great in winter if you like to keep your legs warm. Great video.

Yeh I live in Scotland and has got incredible diverse landscape and right to free camp/roam like in Sweden. I cycle tour but am moving more toward the scooter idea now. Question is a 125? or just 50cc - which can be run without L plates or CBT test on my driver's license? We need more scooters than cars on road everywhere for sake of environment, even bigger engine sized ones for u in USA maybe?
@@keithmoss7460 Yes we do...there are a lot of scooters on the European market that you just can't get here in the United States. Perhaps a stigma of Scooters being uncool, slow...even though they are very practical. The storage alone should be a selling point, especially since we love our pickup trucks and SUVs. I wish I had the answers...with Harley Davidson grabbing by far the largest market share of motorcycles (over 50%)and everyone else the rest...it's rather hard selling larger displacement scooters in America. Lol..actually I'm born and raised where Harley Davidson comes from. Milwaukee, WI
Great video I couldn't help thinking when going over some of the water In the USA we would have put guard rails I see in the video there are rocks Europe is wonderful
@Tobias Schaab not yet I have things to sort out first then I will do it ..I've had scooters in between bikes .I just love anything bike or scooter related... you can relax more on runs out on a scooter... also I had a Honda varradeo 125 awhile back it was great and very capable...

I'm on the honda shi125 the other lad is on a Honda innova 125 No spare parts only puncture repair equipment. but in all my trips I've not had a puncture yet ...
Are both bikes about equal in power,does the Honda sh handle hills okay being a cvt transmission,I have had the Honda innova a few years ago but for some unknown reason I really fancy trying a scooter 🛵,maybe it’s because of the simplicity and not having to mess about with chains anymore.
