Normally I don't ride my scooter in the rain, but recently I get caught in the rain and but the time I got home I found myself soaked from help to toe in rain water. The is supposed to be Scooter Umbrella Rain Cover waterproof and so far from what I can tell it is. I was able to buy it from about $30. But I'm sure if you look around you can find it cheaper.

DESCRIPTION:
The Waterproof Scooter Umbrella Rain Cover is describe as rain effectively (preventing the rain) to avoid the front transparent film covered with drops of water can not see. It has Iron bending rods thick, so to accelerate and wind when the stabilization of the role.
In front it has a zipper, you can open when needed to reduce the resistance.
INSTRUCTION:
With rear-view mirror installation:
1. Remove the two rear-view mirrors and mount the bracket on the rear view mirror frame.
2. Insert the two black joints in the front of the product into the mounted bracket.
3. Fix the rope behind the product to the rear of the car
Without rear-view mirror installation:
1.Put bracket on the brake handle
2. Insert the two black joints in the front of the product into the mounted bracket.
3. Fix the rope behind the product to the rear of the car
