Great video 😊 one of our favourite places is in Wales: Beth’s-Y-Coed. It was an old holiday destination for people in the Victorian. It’s right next to a lovely railway station a golf course and there’s a lovely walk down to the river from the site. Plenty of places to eat and drink.. we went in November and loved it so much that we’ve booked to go again in June. 😊😊
Where the yorvic Viking centre stands now used to be cravens sweet factory , My parents met when they worked there ,my dad used to put the coating on the sugared almonds, I worked in the same building making carpets when cravens moved out of town.
Great video, nice site and York is a lovely place to visit. The walk along the river looks good. Your daughter is very talented. If she was nearer to us I would definitely be asking her to groom my Tibetan terrier.x

Great vlog, we love York ❤️ Try Eye Kettleby Lakes, we went a couple of weeks ago and it's lovely, nr Melton mowbray. We didn't venture into melton as Poppy can't walk that far now. But I think there are paths all the way so may e you could use scooters. There is a club house which has tribute acts on every sat evening which is just for the camp site. We had a Cher and Madonna tribute our weekend, we popped along for a couple and it was good. Nice food aswell. Love the pics of the dogs, so Jess is doing this now? Is she still doing the wax melts? We are off to New Lodge Farm this weekend in Bulwick. Its a local one we like 👍 See ya soon and have a great weekend x

We have just bought two for the Motorhome same model as yours

Hiya chaps, i find Fiely Campsite is the best site for me, not much of a site to be honest, its just a field with electric and a shower bloc, but location cant be beaten
One of our favourite sites is North leading Caravan Park near Oban. I know you've been here and were unlucky with the weather but you get some amazing views from the site over to the Inner Hebrides. It's also a great base to tour from especially to if you want to sail over to the islands
OK watched your vlog! In York Hope Rob & Lynn you enjoyed yourselves because you are both stunners, you make me laugh till I pee lol 😆 right come to Newport Shropshire & there is a motorhome site & caravan & camping site not far from where I live ! You turn into a lane by the King's head pub , & your right in the middle of the countryside its beautiful scenery & then you can come over for a cuppa or something much stronger 😉 I am poorly @ the Mo Just got over septicemia, now I have a trapped nerve in my neck & back cutting off my nerves to my hands & feet so waiting to go into hospital @ the big bionic hospital in Gobowen nr Oswestry then Hopefully they can operate before the nerve dies , what with 3types of arthritis & MS I am peed off with the rain I carnt get out on my mobility scooter to get to the shops Lynn its not fair , plus there are many pubs to visit Rob if you fancy carrying me home afterwards 😀 lol Lynn I trust you to drive my big buggy beast of an on road mobility scooter home , we could have a blast ! There is a lovely canal to walk the doggys on & parks, & some beautiful churches & some tudor buildings its a lovely countryside market town, which they used to drive cattle into put unfortunately they sadly built homes on there well there more like pigeon boxes than house's really, my house is old big & nippy but fingers crossed I can afford the heating bill till the spring ! Not long now we hope folks, we would love to meet you both I think the town of Newport Shropshire would ! Your stars 🌟 🤩 now you know ! Great video …. Showed us a place in York we’ve never been and we’ve been many times. Cheese and pickle sandwich … pickle on top of cheese. Tranquil site Overbrooke Thornton le Dale. It’s an adults only and you can walk into the picturesque village with shops and pubs . (Lynn you might have to leave Rob at home with it being adults only) 😂😂Dave and Joy

Wow your daughter is amazing I use to have a king Charles and got him cut every 3months my dog groomer use to come to the house and honestly your daughter is right up at the top ....... Really love watching you both because you always put a smile on my face ...... York is such a beautiful place isn't it I live near there small sea side town ....... I think this summer Robin is going to look into a scooter and I must look into a smaller mobilty scooter cos I've got a big scooter at home too big really to take away plus doing it that way Robin won't have to push me in the wheelchair plus I ha ve my freedom with a scooter so if I want to get away from Robin I can scoot away lol 😂😂..... Hi Andy some club site have signs up saying no electric scooters so we just push them off site 👍 we have used them in many places around the uk and not had any problems just be careful as we do we try and find sites where there are places to ride them out of site if you no what I mean 👍

We are in Spain at the moment , just left Valencia , it seems like everyone has a scooter there, Seems the way to go guys. On the best site issue , Concierge Camping in the UK , Camping Jungfrau in Switzerland and Camping Sexton in the Dolomites. Thanks guys . Helen and Matin
Hi Rob and Lynn Just seen your flog on York We love York. The most motorhome and campsite we use is ferry meadows. We have 3 basett hounds and we love walking around the lakes at near Park there are 3 lakes to walk around which is a 5 minute walk from the caravan site and like you we have a motorhome which we love keep on motorhomeing guys
Hi Rob And Lynn, great vlog again, excellent dog photo's by a very talented girl, Rob, when you say you look fat in your T'shirt well, on the plus side there is nothing wrong with your eyesight........just kidding. Best site or sites, Broadway, Knaresborough and The Barn at Beal in Northumberland on the road to the Causeway for Holy Island, park up and look over the Island at night time and you are on the eastern edge of the Northumberland park with all the historic places to visit and also Keilder water and the towns surrounding it and a lot more. Have fun and stay safe.
If we can get in, we are thinking of booking York CMC site as a first night for Honeymoon before moving on further North. From there is it a short walk into the city, or a bloody long trek ? Rob & Lynn, just watched your trip to York it looks mint 👍 definitely consider taking the caravan up there. My answer to cheese and pickle is grated cheese on one slice of bread and pickle on the other slice then whack um together you can’t whack it lol 😆. Anyway caravan park we love to go to is Islawrffordd in Barmouth. Its a 5 ⭐️ site with great places on your door step to eat and drink at, and Rob don’t forget to take yeh wallet and make little legs happy. Keswick is one of our favourite sites easy walk into town, plenty of shops, pubs, tearooms and Booths to get your main shopping also great for walking, you can also catch a bus from outside Booths to do a bit of touring. looking forward to your France trip, we are hoping to get back over there this year, we just love touring in France. happy holidays😀

Great video, york looks great. Just got our first motorhome and we are away for our first trip, greener than green. Hopefully by the time we get to your meet up we won't be making such fools of ourselves setting up. Has for favourite sites this is only our first but we did go in a safari lodge last year at concierge camping near Chichester and that was brilliant not cheap but we loved it and will go back in our motorhome. But not really walking distance to anywhere we got can into Chichester. Have a great time in France

Your daughter is very talented love how she does the eyes. We go to all sorts of different types of sites but Briarfields Hotel & Touring Caravan Park is a great site is you want to visit towns. There are bus stops outside that will take you into Cheltenham or Gloucester. Oxford and Cambridge CCC sites both have great cycle routes which I guess you can use with the scooters. I’m not sure of the protocol for shout outs but if you can wish my dad Mel, husband Steve and my daughter Gemma’s partner Mike a happy birthday for 18, 21 and 29 March respectively. Can you wish my amazing Mum Chris a Happy Mothers Day. Best not forget my son Liam and his partner June but is it too early for November birthdays 😂🤣 Take care Gill

We’ve just been to Keswick C&CC site. We love Keswick the site is 5 minutes away & there are many walks that all seem to start from Greggs in the town centre 😊
We also love York. Best site we've been to is Seahouses in NE. Fantastic site bang middle of town and 5min walk to amazing beach. Campsite has swimming pool/spa which is inclusive.

Hi Lynn & rob it dont really matter whether the pickle goes on the cheese or the buttered slice first only .Once you connect both slices they are going to come together any way .Lynn just an idea for you when riding your scooter why not attach stabilisers so you dont fall of like you did on that path next to the canal.
