No calls sir ….. even getting 1 or 2 interviews but then companies become ghost 👻…. Not responding back … second now the criteria of software testing is more higher like a Software Developer … because now mostly jobs are Automation job and for that the criteria to pass the interview is very high like a Software Developer .. Not getting much chances now Plus field is getting isolated because of new rising in the QA process 1) Devops 2) SDET 3) Automation Engineer

I am in software testing field, pls don’t pick this .. QA role is not present at all in most reputed companies, they removed , dev has replaced to do the automation testing.. if you have a choice pls don’t pick this

Since Sep 2022, I have stopped receiving call for Automation Test Engineer position. I barely receive a single call in a month or even in 2-3 months. Please don’t make people fool. I don’t think Software testing could survive in next 2-3 months.

@@softwaretestingmentor Done! Thanks. When I mention 1 year-experience on Naukri, I receive job invites and when I mention 10 months of exp, no one checks out my profile. I know some people who were on the bench for almost a year and after being laid off they got a job immediately, while here I'm who worked hard for 10 months, actually have exp than these guys, and I'm still searching a job! Funny :_)

Hello Amit , Who says there are no calls for freshers? You just need to change your method of applying for jobs and update your CV. Try using Indeed to apply for jobs and make sure to apply daily. My friend got a job as a Java developer in a startup. Based on that, I am telling you this. And lastly, I am not marketing for Indeed or making any fake comments. I understand there's a downturn in IT, so try to update your skill set and consider certification. Regarding the video, this man has helped many people in testing. If you are aware of testing, go and check his playlist to understand more

There is no such a industry which doesn't give give the Software to the client without involving the software tester. Don't said this kind of statements bro. The fact is the current job market is too worst and it is happening not only for a tester, all other roles also happening this issue only.

Such a immature statement, Software testing jobs are now coming more( got slow because of recession), Testing will always be there, only thing that it may evolve with some other name , new tech. Now even AI and ML skills are also required in some projects.
