Amazing content as usual. I would LOVE to see something on how to break teams playing low depth drop back. It's my biggest weakness as I am really onsure on how to handle opponents like this without being vulnerable to the imminent counter-attacks. And of course it's highly relevant because most people play drop back in WL. Much love guys!

If you're not losing you can try and play possession making your opponent to come for the ball and open spaces to attack....that's how I do it

Or the alternative is to adopt the same tactics and force the opposition to come at YOU, therefore turning the tables. I prefer Drop Back, with the Fast Build Up as it allows rapid transitions of play from defence to attack. I play the 4-1-2-1-2 and have the CDM as Stay Back, and one of the midfielders as Stay on Edge of the box, with the other cm on Aggressive Interceptions(you can apply this to the CDM if necessary). For the CAM, it’s necessary to have a good dribbler like Hazard so I put Free Roam and Stay on Edge of the Box.On the 2 strikers now: I play with rapid forwards like Vinicius, Mbappe, Bale etc. On the forward that has a higher sprint speed, I apply ‘Drift Wide’, while applying ‘Get in Behind’ on the other. And voir la! You can enjoy rapid, counterattacking football👍

4:10 Lets say the player at the right inside the box is the player i want to pass to and i want to just give the perfect lay off pass what do i use then? Because when i try it it gets intercepted

I really liked the idea of the driven pass inside the box. But I also want to know WHEN to use the low cross inside the box, even since it is a slightly more accurate pass..?

It's being talked about in the video. 3:07 You could use low cross when you need to curve the ball around a defender or it's useful when facing the goal line.

Please reply, I have a question and i don’t know how to solve this problem. So I was playing fifa 19 and it was going good. I was playing in career mode and playing games back to back, then one game, I was trying to play a through ball and the button wasn’t working. I tried to shoot and the button wasn’t working. I went to basic controls and it told me that everything had to be done with one button (the x button) and i’m confused because i didn’t make it like this and I wanna know how to switch them back but it won’t let me change the basic controls. Please help!

Just go to the main menu, parameters, control, and then press R2 to change thé type of control (alternative, classic, one touch and so on)

Unless your striker is 6 and above, it ll get intercepted by the defender.

Alpha Romeo low cross with high curve stats can kinda do it

Yes sure with mbappe son neymar and pele on your team this would work easily.. 90% of the other players cant recieve driven passes this easily and shoot, they stumble, ball goes high, run past it, shoot it with their knees, etc. Unless you have really good players, dont use driven passes when the distance is short or inside the box.
