SCORE Just found Amazing SpiderMan #2-22 Rare Comic Books CGC

Seeing those Amazing Spider-Man's make me glad I bought some of the early issue years ago when they were much, much more reasonably priced. For example back in the mid-80's I paid all of $5 for a Good condition copy of ASM #25 (1st Spider-Slayer). A few years ago I paid $170 for ASM #5 at an auction. There's some slight restoration work started on the cover but I don't mind that. That ASM #2 is really nice and from what I could see ASM #3 & #4 have "Marvel chipping" on the cover edges. All very nice though especially #15, 16 and 21.

Love to watch your pick ups. Watch storage wars everyday and love it when everyone argues with Dave 😂. Cheers

I couldn't believe when you said that they were going to pay someone to throw all of it away. It is so good that you do what you do because inadvertently you wind up saving a lot of stuff for sharing with others, and even maybe museums. It also makes you wonder how much stuff in the history of the world is disappearing simply for the fact someone somewhere just do not want to deal with it.

Some people are just flat out jealous! Keep up the great work.

Gotta feel awful for this poor old man. He bought all these books over his entire lifetime just to have his family sell it off for pennies on the dollar. Everything he collected ended up in Rene's hands......probably 5 Million dollars or more when all is said and done. What a tragedy it would be if EVERYTHING I own ends up in a stranger's hands because my family didn't even bother to cross reference.....IN THE DIGITAL AGE!!!!

The best selling factor is establishing or using the original pedigree of the original collector..... That's what we did with my dad's golden age comic collection.... All I can say is be prepared for the long-haul, be patient because it will pay better in the end...

thank you because this is so much better, you are treating them with respect. but please don't call them $5.00 comics because any one of us would be proud to pay $300.00 - $500.00 per comic. I now realize that you are trying to raise the awareness so that the young and old can enjoy and cherish in your excitement. many of the golden age comic in good to fine condition go for in the thousands of dollars. this is all i wanted to say.

You can get those books cleaned and pressed.
