A memorable session on the North Shore, at a bank that rarely works. This was during the 2017 Triple Crown season after a big swell had pushed a lot of sand down off the reef at Pipe and OTW. It looked like a sand bottom version of Pipeline, but with a crazy end section that was closing out. This was one of the most talked about sessions of the winter.

Have to admit I watched this one feeling a bit more pain for you. Not sure if they’ve recently lowered your exposure to pain meds, but know that you doing this (like in the video) again is already a step closer than it was yesterday. (Also, while I’m here, sorry you took down Space. Are you going to be p!$$ed if it gets shared (interested to know if that was a personal or business decision relating to a show that started about preachers recently?) Mainly though, hope the recovery is treating you well. I bought View.. last week. You must be so proud of that no? So beautiful. A visual and audio piece of brilliance. Awesome!!! I am such the beach baby!!! My favorite vacation spot is somewhere on the beach and my first memories as a baby are at the beach because I lived near the Ocean in two different cities as a baby in Florida and in Georgia. Thanks for sharing! Super cool!!!
