keyboard warrior kook clearly never surfed anything like this. In a short period large swell like this you are just paddling around dodging the bombs, battling current and offshore wind doing anything you can to get in position for the ones that will actually hit the bank. So when one pops up that looks close to makeable you say fu**it and go. These guys deserve your respect.
