Me too. My ex died in June. He was a heavy alcoholic and it wasn’t a good relationship and the cycle was hard to break. God took care of it because I couldn’t truly end it. Now sober 107 days and want to start a new life in the next town over. Praying I can get a better paying job and a new place to start again. You were right on the money honey. Thank you!

I have been at my current job since last August. My organization has been through so much internally within the last year that even our HR person resigned. I've been working with youth for 7 years now and Im trying to hold on because I love these kids. However, I see our leadership team as being deceptive and manipulative...I just can't quite put my finger on it. I got promoted and have gained a significant more amount of work for only a $1.00 raise. I feel like once I say that I'm leaving they will want to keep me there...but I refuse.
