Hi Karen. I would agree that I need to compose myself and watch my words and emotions. With so much going on right now it's hard not to get emotionally caught up with things that are occuring. It is a challenge for us lightworkers especially those like myself just becoming aware of Source and how Light and Dark work together for people to change and sometimes through trauma work themselves to a higher vibration. It is a challenge to accept all people as they are, we are all created by God/Source and there is no light without darkness and visa versa! Yet I know we all along with Mother Earth are all moving into higher frequencies! It's definitely the Journey and once the Flash of Light happens we will forever be changed!
