@@tanyabadkur11 hiii! Yes, just like readers say for you to look at your Sun, Moon, and Venus when watching a reading for a more accurate message, it’s the same with cusps. I'm glad for the questioner and the answerer. I am a Novemer 20 scorpio, male. Libra moon but at about 28°. It turned scorpio a couple hours after my birth. My birthday time makes me a scorpio rising. I was wondering was I more a triple scorpio or my moon being effected by my sun and rising. In my moon/emotions, I weigh things like a libra, but am strict and non forgiving like a scorpio. I can want peace 30% of the time, and not give a "f" 70% of the time.
