i'm italian living in milan, i'll never forget after a football tournament here in italy. i was little and looking the match boys of hibernian probably 96-97-98 and i'll never forget that gentle boy come to me and give me his hibernian shorts. i remember also ,us , in Euro 2000 , in the last match from our group , Romania of Hagi beat England with 3-2 ,sending Owen ,Beckham, Shearer and co. HOME! that final tournament was held in Netherlands/Belgium ...and the english hooligans devastate Bruxelles and other cities from Belgium those days ,fights in the streets etc during that tournament , so , was a relief for everyone when they leave the competition too early ! many thanks from everyone for our team ,especially coming from hosts! :)
