Luckily I had watched this before I had to do it for real out in the field following a flat. I had the tools and managed it reasonably quickly however I noted that on my Addict the rear derailleur was not fixed to the frame and it dropped out taking the sensor with it. That was a real ball ache to get back in. The rear derailleur seems to be held in by the axle bolt and nut. Am I missing something?!
Thanks for the insight guys, good info whilst waiting to take delivery of mine. On a separate note, I'd like to swap out my Shimano C50's with the factory fitted wheelset, is it possible to remove the rear motor hub and fit to other wheels? Thanks
So many people have been asking for a E-bike that can be easily converted to a regular bike by simply exchange the rear wheel and remove the battery pack. Other wise those light-weight carbon frameset and fancy e-shifting groupset are totally wasted on these 30lbs monsters.
