13/02/24: Did 25 pushups straight up without stopping. Gonna try doing 100 pushups tomorrow but spread it through out the day. Gotta start slow and not burn myself out.
06/03/24 I haven't recapped in a long time. I've started running everyday and I'm finally getting the hang of it. Still a bit rusty but I'm managing to run without stopping and bit by bit it's getting easier.

If you took Nandrolone Decanoate (Deca) and as well as some testosterone your back problems would resolve itself, nandrolone adds smoothness to all joints and will make your pain disappear, otherwise if you want the pain gone first you can do some light lower back exercises or just let it rest, I've had issues with mine in the past but rest solved it mostly. @@SubzeroCage
