Hola! Gracias por compartir el talento de Dimash con distintos profesionales y poder escuchar sus opiniones y reacciones. Ojalá puedas seguir haciéndolo hasta llegar a la obra maestra compuesta por Dimash " The Story of One sky" . Voy a seguir viéndote y escuchándose. Saludos! 👋
Enjoy when your guest comment and can tell us about the use of the voice as an instrument, which it seems so important to know and appreciate the time and training that goes into developing the voice as an instrument. Which by the way with his grandmother and mother singing opera plus the fact that he was actually having professional teachers as far back as 3 on musical instruments and even now still has voice training and sessions with teachers. He thus far has 2 degrees and is studying on a third. Not being musically incline I have been called a prisoner singer, always behind two bars and not being able to find the right key, but Dimash does not have any noticeable flaws and his transitions, and his performances are always right on and keeps the listeners being focused on him and the song, and the background, A+
I'm surprised you've only watched such a few of Dimash's performances. You should check out more as each song is an experience. I recommend you watch Sinful Passion, Olimpico, Love of Tired Swans, Stranger, Know, Autumn Strong, and introduce them to your music industry friends.
Dimash does a performance from the fifth element. I’ve never seen the movie, but they say what he does was electronically created or something but he’s actually able to sing it. Like this gentleman stated, he uses his voice as an instrument
Thank you for a great reaction and beautiful words from your guest 👍😊Love following all your wonderful Dimash posts and also getting to know your guests a little better when you ask them "when did you first feel famous?" 😊
For more of Dimashs operatic voice - - yes, 'Olimpico' for sure.... but also 'El Amor En Ti' as well as the very underrated but absolutely awesome 'Passione'! And then round it off with 'Ti Amo Cosi' and ' Ulisse', as more conventional *haha!* performances... and as a cherry on top of the cream add one of his several off-hand /off-stage snippets of the 'Queen of the Night'-Aria from Mozart's Magic Flute. That should do it, once and for all😉😊🥰
Who is Dimash? From Kazakhstan, beginning his singing career at age 5 (he's 29 now), Dimash was accepted into the most distinguished music academy in his country. His range extends from the top of the bass register to the highest notes of the coloratura soprano and whistle register. His first digital music album "ID" went platinum in only 37 seconds after release, and 3x platinum in only one hour, and 5x platinum in only one day on Chinese music platforms In December 2019, he made his US debut in New York at the Barclays Center. Dears (those he calls his fans) traveled from 68 different countries, 43 states & 2 US territories, and was sold out. Now writing his Doctoral thesis for a PhD in Musicology/ Composing, received all his degrees with honors while simultaneously filling arenas and maintaining his performing career, a first! He has a bachelors degree in vocals, a master's degree in composition and is about to complete his PhD in musicology this year. Dimash sings in 14 languages, plays 7+ musical instruments, is a composer, an amazing vocalist, patriot, philanthropist and, despite his popularity and talent, is a very warm and humble person.
I'm every time so excited when you introduce Dimash (especially S.O.S. Slavic Bazaar) to some singer or musician 😃 This episode was awesome again! 👍 Please, keep continue this serial as long as you can! 🙏
Scott is a very interesting guy. Great that you introduced Dimash to him. He gave some insightful comments. If you‘d ask Dimash when he felt the first time famous I think he would answer after the first episode from I‘m Singer (he sang SOS) was broadcasted in China. 600 million people have seen it, Dimash‘s Weibo (Chinese social media) account exploded and they gave him bodyguards over night.
Yeah never seems to mention the awards or fame of Dimash. Olimpico would have been the track to show. However that also shows a huge audience and Dimash”s fame.
Dimash is a unique singer with a huge, if I may say so, vocal base. And this is confirmed by his new arrangement of the Kazakh folk song "Dudarai", it presents completely different musical genres. You will find the link on the singer's channel. It's worth it to see you and the guests in your studio. Thank you for your work on the channel. 🎶❤
DUDE! If you're gonna run SOS to EVERYONE that you show a reaction to, at least switch it up to the 2021 version! Believe me, it's a much stronger version! Thanks for spreading our Beloved Dimash' love!
Mr. Miller, thanks 🙏for choosing❤Dimash❤as one of the performers you have some of your musical friends react to. It's interesting to watch and listen to their reactions.🎶🎵👏
Thank you Scott Palmanson for your honest reaction. Really like your reactions. Thank you JR 🙏❤❤❤ we can listen over and over Dimashs songs like it was the first time, its magical ❣❣❣
Dear Connie i absolutely agree with you..Bts are just a fad and are not singers, are just a boyband of dancers..Like dancers are good but like singers are very mediocre,no skills and no qualities and capabilities..And are famous only because are a fad and are mainstream..Bts has nothing to do with the great master and the one and only Dimash..There is no comparison,Dimash is better under every aspect from A to Z..Dimash is art of high level and quality..The Boss King Angel Dimash Forever
@@thewarriorforever I love Dimash, but I feel like I have to comment... 🥰 With all due respect, have you listened to BTS? Because they are much more than a "boy band". Their music is of different genres like hiphop, RnB, pop, EDM. And the 4 singers have good voices. That being said, I don't think we should compare different artists with each other. It's like comparing pizza with sushi or chocolate cake. You can like both Dimash and BTS, and Bach, Mozart, folk music, jazz, funk etc. 🥰
Appreciated Scott's perspective on Dimash's voice and performance style....I think there are very few people in the world (famous or not) that can control their voice like that! My family is used to me getting excited over new musical discoveries, but they all patiently sat down with me so that I could show them who Dimash was when I first discovered him a couple years ago!! Looking forward to Scott's thoughts about LOVEBITES!🤘
It’s nice to see someone with an extensive musical background commenting on Dimash’s performance. Scott would definitely have appreciated Olimpico, the opera/rock combination would have been a really good example for someone with such a strong operatic background, however I do have to say that Scott was the first person on this podcast that referenced Dimash actually using his voice as an instrument, which is definitely spot on. I really enjoyed this reaction, such an accurate analysis, especially on a first listen ❤.
Thanks for the Great reaction!!❤😊 Unlike some of the other commenters I think this is the perfect song to show someone as an introduction to Dimash! And this version is sure to blow anyone away with his talent and showcases his skills well. SOS is my favourite too ❤ I also love the Singer version of SOS as it was the first song that introduced me to Dimash when I saw a reactor reacting to it.. Loved Scott's reaction and think it's great you're introducing your friends to Dimash - the best singer in the World!! I loved Scott's comment about how Dimash uses his voice as an instrument. I think you should invite Scott back to do a reaction to Diva dance at Basteau and Olimpico wirh Igor Krutoy the one with all the lights. That is an absolutely Epic performance. Thanks again! Have subscribed for more Dimash . Hi from New Zealand ❤💜💙
I do love your "double" reaction. May I ask you why you always propose SOS? There's lot of stuff out there about him. It should be interesting having them reacting to other performances. Stay safe and healthy peace from Italy
Scott Palmason's comments about some singers, including Dimash, use their voice as an instrument is really insightful. Dimash practices a minimum of 3 hours/day which I presume would be similar to someone who performs in a professional orchestra.
With Scotts' background and familiarity with opera, I am surprised that you did not have him watch Dimash sing "Olympico" ( Ogni Pietra ). I think he really would have appreciated that performance.
Omg again and again the same song and the same version like Dimash has only this song and this version of the song..Wtf dude change the song and the version..Dimash in his repertoire has hundreds of songs and versions of the songs..Only for the song Sos has almost 70 different live versions..Why not Sos online digital concert january 2021?And why not other songs in different genres/styles that Dimash sings? For me you show Dimash and his work in a very strange and wrong way..And is absurd that there is people that thanks to you for this continuous nonsense..The Boss King Angel Dimash Forever
Dimash is singing SOS by Luc Plamondons a Canadian lyricist which he wrote in collaboration with the French composer Michel Berger. The rock opera is called Starmania, and includes SOS about an “earthling" in distress.
I love how you share your enthusiasm for Dimash with others. And I know SOS is your favourite. Have you considered switching to the more recent version from the digital concert 2021? It is probably even better (if that is possible).
It's wonderful to know that there are people like you, who recognize the value of this amazing artist, and make him known to people in the music field, who perhaps hadn't heard him yet. Personally as Dear, I thank you; but most of all I like the way you do it.👏
