Wish I could have heard the whole hearing. True Crime Matters with Tara Marie breaks down part of the motion. Mostly witnesses. They do have a declaration from the Medina's that the burglary was on the 24th. Steve Todd made the mistake of using the Medina's landline phone to call Glenn Pearce. I am very disappointed in the LA Innocence Project. I was pregnant at they same time as Lacey and between 1. His lies to his mistress during his wife’s candlelight vigil 2. Telling Amber that he had “lost” his wife 3. The boat bought right before his wife was murdered that no one knew about 4. His wife and child’s body washing up right where he gave his alibi at 5. The call to her mother and saying “she’s missing” before even making calls to friends in case she was picked up by a friend 6. The hair in the pliers….i can go on and on. There are so many cases that deserve a deeper look but this isn’t one of them. What a slap in Sharron’s face!
We ALL watched the trial .. Scott is GUILTY! All mother’s knew what he did ! So , much evidence! Innocent people don’t run to the border with different hair color , 10,000 cash and brother’s passport on the day your wife and child are found washed up on a bay that he happened to be fishing on when no one knew he had a boat he hid it in a storage facility ! When Lacey’s step father asked him , you have a boat and Scott said yes I bought it for you !! I could go on and on ….this burns me

He is 100 percent guilty and nothing will change that. They expect us to believe that he went to the Berkeley Marina on a bad day weather wise because I remember and the very same day Lacy goes missing and months later her and Conners remains not very far from where Scott was?? Yeah right! No one framed him no one was after them. They lived a low risk lifestyle so I don’t believe that theory either. The man is where he needs to be and if he gets a new trial based on a stupid technicality that would be devastating! Let Lacy and Conner Rip! Shame on the LA innocence project! @@theresashaw5027 In his closing argument, the prosecutor said that Amber Frey was not a motive. He said that nobody could possibly have preferred her to Laci Peterson. He admitted that that meant there was no motive for the crime.

Sadly, she is probably using some hair mousse, or something that just makes it look like that. With fine hair, I rub onto the same problem. A lot of products make my hair look greasy, not just shiny. It might actually help control my head m, but it’s not worth it. I donate those products to a charity program, as they look good in some hair types, like dry, coarser hair.
Scott Peterson is definitely reaching if he thinks that somehow he can spin his horrible crime and make it seem like he is innocent. I think it’s fair to say he will be spending the rest of his days in jail as it should be.
They want to DNA test the tape that was found on Laci’s body when recovered from the bay. How could there still be DNA on tape after being in salt water for approx. 4 months?
@winkieblink7625 Did they check to see if Scott had a roll of duct tape either at his home or his shop. To see if it matches the duct tape found on Laci.
Dude went fishing on a cold winter morning. His wife's body found in the same area. He's as guilty as the day is long. Should've gotten the chair years ago.

Ugh. No! Oh ok so the two cleared suspects just happened to take Laci's body to the exact spot Scott was fishing? Did they follow him hundreds of miles not knowing where he was going just hoping he would go to a large body of water so they could dump her there and pin the murder on him? Ridiculous.
I followed the entire case from the day Laci was gone. I followed the events and evidence and what I heard from the courtroom. I have Zero doubt of his guilt.

You are saying if say a completely different guy's DNA is on the tape found on Laci, that you would just say screw it, dismiss it, leave the real murderer out or not even investigate how someone elses DNA ended up on Laci's body and just keep Scott in jail. @@Plumbing.repairs well I was asking that question a bit more to others online and from what I heard the duct tape may have just been foreign trash and Scott would know he did t use it and therefore adamant to have it tested. Either way, I’d need to know more. My comment was that I was confused about the duct tape. We don’t know the info.. where was it on her body, in what fashion was it found? I didn’t say I’d dismiss it, I said it confused me.
When discussing convicted killer Scott Peterson I think it’s so important to keep repeating that in no way are the La innocence project affiliated with the innocence project. The innocence project themselves have made a statement saying this. The La innocence project have hi jacked the innocence project name in order to try and give themselves credibility. This is an absolute waste of time and resources on a family annihilator with the empathy and feelings of a psychopath. If he does get a new trial I hope it’s televised so the world can watch him be proven guilty again

It could be DNA from the person who sold the duct tape. The tape could have nothing to do with case and it just attached to Laci in the ocean before she was discovered.
Idk if he did it or not but just think about what it must feel like to rot away in prison for over two decades / the rest of your life / be put to death for a heinous crime you never committed!!! What an absolute tragedy that would be. Just know that there are TONS of people who belong in prison for life that aren't (Casey Anthony) and TONS of people in prison that are 100% innocent. We'll see what the DNA says I pray if he is innocent that he and the family can heal from this tragedy and hopefully find out who really did it !
This lady talking to the judge sounds like she's about to cry every single word that is spoken. Im not sure any of this is going to matter. He will still need another trial and not one single person on a jury panel wouldnt already have a negative opinion on this guy. Even if he is innocent for some strange reason, his life is over whether its in prison or not.
Hes prob guilty but I understand why theyre taking on this case. Theres A&E documentary showing a lot of evidence and leads the cops didn’t look into that made me rethink this whole thing and at the very least believe he deserves a new trial
I followed the case very closely and in my opinion the evidence against him was completely overwhelming down to even the finest of details. Investigators could have spent years chasing red herrings and it would still have come down to Scott Peterson.
All the prosecutors need to do is legally collect evidence and support their charges against the suspect. They’re not obligated to investigate EVERYTHING everywhere. The JURY has the final say. They said GUILTY of 2 Homicides. DONE.

Agree with all that circumstantial evidence, but I also know that the government justus system is corrupt. Been there done that. Most still believe we went to the moon, the JFK assassination narrative, and that infamous inside job back in 2001 too....

I believe he is guilty but I also believe they should have full access to all court documents and dna testing on the mattress if there is nothing to hide then what does it hurt. Please tell me how you dump a 145 pound body off a 12 foot pull start tiny boat without tipping it? News flash.. you can’t.. they did an experiment with the exact type of boat and a guy tried to push 145 pound weight off of it and he tipped every time. Scott was dry as a bone when he was seen pulling back in to the marina.. there is no way he did it. And all you telling that he did.. study both sides with a scientific mind.. there’s no way!
*NEWSFLASH* the experiment was not done with the exact type of boat. The boat they used was 2 ft smaller, had a modified wooden sub-floor and the guy playing the part of Scott was wearing a weight belt while very obviously trying to tip it. The judge offered the defense an opportunity to redo the demonstration with Peterson's actual boat and they declined.
There are plenty of reasons why he's guilty, but to point to just one, if Laci was abducted by the burglars returning from her walk or leaving for her walk, she would have been found in black pants and a white top. This is what the "witnesses" Janey put forward say they saw her wearing. This is what Scott says she was wearing and this is what was put on the flyers. However she was found in her own khaki/tan pants, from her favourite store, in her size. She has to have returned home and gotten changed and then gone back outside or the burglars kindly bought her a new outfit. So let's say she got home and got changed to go out, why did she leave the leash on the dog not once but twice, something according to Scott she didn't do. In fact the first thing Scott did on returning home was to remove the leash. Why did she got outside with no purse, no keys, no phone. She couldn't have seen the burglars from the window, the curtains were drawn. If she saw them on her walk and was concerned, she could have confronted them then and there. Why would she go inside, get changed and go outside with nothing, just to confront them? And before the Scott defenders tell me that's just who Laci was, it actually wasn't. What she was, was a heavily pregnant woman who had been complaining about her fatigue, who had a bunch of stuff to do that day, who the housekeeper said had to sit after going grocery shopping. So she is not going to rush out the door to confront burglars after walking her dog and mopping the floor.
You should did this as you did not act upset at all having her disappear 8 months pregnant and have no feelings of her dead along with your baby son. No man acts so cold after this happens like you did back then.
