Mine arrived today, I almost completely forgot I ordered it. It had way more than I was expecting there to be, I'm guessing they padded it a bit more due to the production time. Worried that it wouldn't be worth it but this easily ended up as one of my favorite collector's edition of all time of anything.
Congrats! Still waiting on mine but there was no padding or extras for the delay. It's just the stuff originally advertised in the listing but that would be cool if they started adding little extras when there are significant delays as a make-good.

Every Limted Run purchase comes with one from what I can tell and they're randomized. Mine came with one of Scott and Ramona kissing, this one looks awesome though, wish I could get my hands on one of these
Did you order the vinyl record as well? I ordered the KO Edition and the vinyl record but I did them into separate orders because I forgot. My game arrived today and my record still has not shipped.
