Her memory is a bit off though because they actually met in 1990 on the set of the LA Gear photoshoot. And given the timeline of when Wade cheated on her with Britney Spears, and her ending the relationship because of that, that would put the end of the relationship in 2001. So it really was 7 years.

And Ross wanted to make sure that someone was telling the truth before recommending them to be witnesses.
