Vanessa Stegall - Tim Allen also did a scene with a buzz lightyear toy and he voiced buzz - I remember seeing those scenes as a kid and I was like "OMG - Such amazingness!!!" - And I know it's an old comment - but meh.
Disney World is literally 100x bigger (yeah, seriously). I'd love to see Disneyland someday just because it was the original, but Disney World has SO much more to do!
I'm just here because someone on facebook posted a picture of this and was like, "I can't believe Steve voiced aladdin and then dressed up as aladdin on fullhouse!" And another person argued that the picture of Steve in his Aladdin costume was not Steve. Super happy someone posted this specific clip. It was a long debate and I this video clip ended it.
It would've been funny with all of D.J.'s Disney character hallucinations, Aladdin really WAS Steve, and when they finally meet in the hotel, Steve could explain that Aladdin was indeed him, as he did the voice in the movie, and does kind of have a life outside their relationship, and D.J. would be even more impressed!

Me too! They kinda ruin it by having DJ hallucinate Steve as other characters, but it helps that Aladdin is the first one. The only thing that I would've added was maybe have a Whole New World play in the background when they get reunited.
Awesome! I wish there had been a scene in this episode where Stephanie and Michelle met Princess Jasmine (so they could hang out together for a bit) or where Michelle, after showing off her dance skills, meets up with the Grand Vizier Jafar. That would've been pretty awesome to see, as well as inspiring to write about... :)
So, was this something that the producers of Full House did on purpose as a nod to Scott Weinger's voicing of Aladdin? Or was it unintentional? If I remember correctly, during this episode, DJ also "saw" Steve in multiple other Disney characters as well. So, was this just another one of those, or was it thrown in deliberately for laughs?
Honestly I'm not sure. I don't think so. I think when coming up with the story for this, they probably thought it would be a fun thing for Scott to dress up like the Disney character he does the voice for. But I heard that Disney World has a very strict policy when it comes to guest dressing up like the Disney Characters. They must have paid them big money for them to let Scott Weinger dress up like Aladdin. Even if he is the voice actor of him.
Lily Zerep Disney owns ABC which was Full House's original network. All cross promotion. Family Matters, Step by Step, Sabrina, and Boy Meets world to name a few were all on ABC and had Disney episodes.
Might get grief for this. First of all Michelle got twice as long to rub the lamp then the regular kids than soon after becoming princess of the day she was a horrid little brat ordering DJ, Kimmy & Steph around. Then the one time they call her on it she throws a hissy fit running away so the rest of the family have to drop what they are doing to find her ruining Nicky & Alex's first Disneyland visit. Then she hogs all the main Disney characters whining to them about how bad she has it. Then @ the last minute possible she admits she was wrong & gets rewarded & gets to lead the closing parade for being so unselfish.
@@Adir155 Yeah that is what I was getting at lol. Aladdin and Full House are shows (and a movie) that I grew up with because my parents grew up with it, but they are actually my favorite things to watch.
That was lame. He didn't even talk? When I heard he dressed up like him I thought it was a Halloween ep or something, but it's just a hallucination for a sec of some dork weirdly bobbing his head around? Booo!
Me and my family (mom, brother and sister) were extras on this set and that damn genie took 2 hours to inflate. I was 11 and they made us sit there and wait no could leave. 2 hrs in the florida sun with a small water cup was hell.
He played Simba yes, but did you know that Jonathan Taylor Thomas was baby Simba? Jonathan Taylor Thomas is the one who Sings I Just can't wait to be king.
Ashley Loughran Jonathan Taylor Thomas didn’t do any of the singing in the Lion King. He was just the speaking voice of young Simba. Jason Weaver was the singing voice. He’s the actor who played young Michael Jackson in the Jacksons the American Dream movie and the older brother on the show Smart Guy
melirose89 Weaver also played the classmate in _Drumline_ who has to hide from his friends the fact that he’s being initiated into the Kappa Kappa Psi fraternity.
My favorite part of this episode came right after this, when Michelle wished to not have to wait in any lines for the rest of the day, and they granted it. This girl knows what she's doing!
This episode is an example of one that should've been a great episode but then there's that one character who just ruins the entire episode. And that character is Michelle.
So DJ sees Steve as Aladdin, and Scott Wagner who plays Steve was also the voice of Aladdin. How ironic! Also I'm pretty sure the whole Prince or Princess for the day thing was something made up for this.
so last night I was watching Aladdin and I had always known Scott Weinger did the voice of Aladdin and that he was on Full House, but then I had a random memory of an episode where they went to Disney World and I remembered it had something to do with Aladdin, so I came here and checked it out. thanks, you gave me exactly what I was looking for!!
I never realized it when I was little watching full house That Scott played Aladdin so it’s kind of funny that he dressed up as Aladdin in this episode
