Right: in practice: I was accosted by 3 plain clothes police, 3 females, inside a department store.......apart from the fact we all know the rule is to wait on a possible thief having left the premises......the manager ascertained, I did have the money for the purchase I was holding, & enough money to buy another item I said I was interested in.......he said, "Usually the police don't do anything when they find you've got the money to buy what you have on you & you're still in the store"..........six months later, police mysteriously knocked on my door, told me "You're under arrest", & it was about that........taken to police station........the sergeant there surpringly violently demanded I write down < I did try to steal > & sign it, & stood yelling 'The judge'll not take Not Guilty, write down yir guilty!'..........so I did......spent one night in a cell - surprisingly brutal......& I have a friend who believes Edinburgh court authorities swindled him out of £100,000. 12:12
foutreen years ofmy life destroyed because of a lack of honest and good men in judicial system my case is known but i cannot action it because of deliberate and obtuse practises
Scottish legal: Innocent until proven guilty ! Accept we can put you in the cells for 4 days without trial on the accusation of something that didn’t happen just so our judge can have his weekends to himself Also we will impose bail conditions and social restrictions to you again without trial or proof of guilt And when I turns out you are innocent then you have no compensation or apeal because we are the only ones we are accountable to and we investigated ourselves and found we did nothing wrong ✌️🏴🔥
