If someone told me 4 years ago, before I got into Strongman, that I’d be excited by watching strangers pick up old rocks; I’d have called you mad. I absolutely love these old feats of strength.

I live in the Highlands and a friend who is a local strongman goes on wee stone tours with lads from his gym, I was injured but went along to hurl abuse at them last year so looking forward to getting a few done this year. Never too old to start, im 56. Love the videos, keep them coming please. PS your fella is a monster.

1. Why does one kilt up before lifting stones? "Feeling more Scottish" surely helps ^^ 2. Beautiful to see you be so careful with the stones. You don´t drop them. Real love. 3. Mad props to you, btw, lifting the Dinnie stones being as lightweight as you are! Saw the vid before I came here. 4. And finally, are there perhaps any... smaller stones to start with? I´d like to get into this, too!

Yep- we did all of these in one day but have also done trips spread over a week- you can definitely sort a route to get a fair few in a short space of time 🙌
