Quitting my gas powered lawn mower for a manual reel mower.. Only issue I have is that small branches and twigs will easily jam up and stop the blade from rotating. Part #: 2010-20SG

We have a sears craftsman mower and it's very good and lasted us almost 6 years!

Sears sold Craftsman to Stanley Black & Decker.. Hopefully the quality and warranty will still be honored..

I've got one from 20+ years ago I bought! Recently got interested in it again! Some rust so refurbished it, sharpened blades, adjusted them and bought a bagger! Cuts like a charm. Harder to push than I want so looking at the Fiskars feel mower which is 60% easier to push! Anybody want to buy my Scotts in TX?

Looks like it works pretty good sounds a little loud maybe a shot of oil or wd40 will take care of that.

Any ideas on how to raise Max cutting height? I prefer to cut 4", scott's max's at 3".

Your grass looks awesome!!! I have a question for you ... Have you ever had where the wheels wont turn ... AT ALL ... ??? I JUST put mine together this morning & was mowing when the wheels stopped turning ... Its my 1st REEL lawn mower & i dont have the slightest on what it could be!!!

The only reason mine stopped turning was a twig got caught in the blades.. No idea why they would jam unless something got inside where the bearings are.

I didn't really check but the thrift stores I went to back when I was picking up those ink cartridges, I didn't see any..

We have one, and even on the shortest setting, it does not do anything. It fails to cut our grass. I am amazed you are cutting grass that is mostly dirt between grass!

Your cutter blade and blade reel aren't adjusted properly

@@jordanhicks5131 Thanks for the tip. I still have the manual so I will investigate to see if I can find any adjustment points on this mower. I need to get the blades much closer to the ground somehow.

@@thebarak you should be able to feed a piece of paper in between the cutting bar and the blade reel and when the reel spins it should cut the paper cleanly like a pair of scissors
