Isn’t it more expensive to house someone in jail than it is to just allow a safe spot for them to pitch a tent? I mean it’s not like you’re giving them 3 meals a day or anything else
This is just dumb. Your going to ticket people that are homeless because they can't afford a place to live or jail them. This is just stupid and has been since Desatin signed the bill. He has done noting to help the problem and he thinks this is the answer,just stupid !
