heyy! just to let you know, these scouts more than likely will get reran. ^^ CN, TW, and KR servers have reran this rei card and the first anniversary hiiro card + im sure they will rerun the 2nd anni wataru card. the CNY lims will also get reran every year during new years, but i'm unsure if ENG will get the past eichi and rinne cards the only cards that will NOT get rereun (as far as i am aware) are the click link and sanrio cards, basically any collab cards! hope this helps or if im incorrect someone pls correct me ^^;;
apparently the game has explicitly said in the notifications during rei's banner that he will not come back! im aware of the reruns on other server but it's likely that its true since they went out of their way to state that after several players contacted the support service about the notification (whether it could be a typo and whatnot) and its really sad 😭
