What makes this article so good is that it gives everything you need to figure out almost everything about this alternate dimension. It does take a good bit of thought to connect everything together. It's a mystery that doesn't give the answer but gives enough clues for you to make a pretty good educated guess.

This is one of those SCP were you listen to a reading of the file & then watch Exploring Series talk about it. I'm surprised he didn't read the papers that were found cause they're interesting. Also you're right about the camera people if Exploring Series is anything to go off of.
