So here is the story of scp 096 : So basically it all started off with one mountain climber going to climb Mount Everest that had made the most craziest achievements for mountain climbing , confident that he was going to climb it he had gotten to the village the night before. As he had arrived he had gone to a restaurant ( or a bar idk) to prepare for tomorrow,as he was eating and drinking people gave him side eyes that made him uncomfortable..soon enough an old man with a scar on his eye sat down next to him and talked to him about Mount Everest’s climbers that hadn’t made it and some that had. It got to the point where the man asks “when you meet the king face to face ,what will you say ?” The man ,thinking that he was talking about conquering the mountain ,said “I’ll ask for his crown!” The old man had now had enough of him and stumbled off. That night ,the man had gotten to bed and thought about what the oldie said but quickly shook it off because tomorrow was the very big day !.the next morning the man had gotten ready for the mountain and and started climbing, about 2000 metres up he had gotten to the point where his entire body felt like an ice glacier and had seen a lot of frozen body’s that had been taken in the ice but still he kept climbing courageously. He had gotten to a cave that had taken him out of the cold for a moment and has set down his sleeping bag to go to sleep , eating his packaged meals for survival… Gimme hmm… about 50 likes for pt 2 PT 2 the very next day the climber got back to climbing , and he was still very tired and saw the bodies of the dead who were thought to be marks of the height for the climbers to know how far up they were ,anyway he kept climbing and got to a big ledge to rest and warm up .all of a sudden a man who was wearing very heavily padded clothes walked up to him, unharmed by the chill,the climber froze in shock and kept looking in his eyes ,the eyes looked warm and glowed red very brightly …the man asked ,”what are you here for?” …… 100 likes for pt3! Oh wow! You've gone past it! So in apology I will give you part 3-4 (the ending) The man stands there, looking at the heavily padded man, staring into his eyes. He is content and warm, the chill of the weather pulling away from his skin and he feels anxious but happy he isn't dead and the stranger asks "what do you want from me" the climber weeps as he realised that this isn't a human " please! I just wanted to climb!" , the stranger chuckles and says "as you wish" . With a simple nod an icy wall appears from underneath the climber on the ledge, he climbs to the top under the gaze of the creature, with another nod he is back to it. For what seems like years he becomes slim and skinny, his skin is tightly packed against his bones and are entirely white, he is embarrassingly naked and reaches another ledge with the same eyed freak looking at him. The climber (or what remains of him) curls into a ball and covers his face then weeps, the man with the eyes says”our buisness is done here,goodbye” ,the climner is relieved and weeps his way down the mountain . Free pt 4! He reaches the village and the people are getting ready to go to do business but what they weren't expecting to see was a tall, white, skinny and scary man. From his perspective he saw people with the same eyes as the creature, a sign of hatred and pain... He mumble in his new found language "go away!" . The people are confused and he girls up into a ball and crys, they only cautiously get closer and in a fit of retaliation he screams and his mouth outstretches... There is no escape now... Or I can give you part 2. Guy climbs the mountain and comes across scp 096 waking up from a 2000 year old nap that scp 343 (god) gave him thinking the rest would tame him. It didn't. He ate the mountain climber whole after seeing his face then he started crying. Scp 096 CANT have ANYONE looking at his face. Once they've seen his face he HAS to eat them alive but doesn't want to hurt people hence the crying afterwards. People could hear the crying so loud and so deafening that they sent choppers up to investigate. Those people didn't make it either. When the SCP foundation got wind of this, they sent their own men and realizing you can't look at his face they dealt with it in some cool secretive SCP way. Now SCP 096 remains at the scp foundation site 19 where he won't move unless someone looks at a picture of him. He can break through any wall. So he is designated keter class. The end. When The mountain climber was gettin comfortable and resting in the cave, SCP-1529 also called the Mountain King, which the man in the bar was talking about, appeared outside the cave. SCP-1529 came closer and when the mountain climber was trying to get up, he couldn’t because according to the SCP wiki dot “Once SCP-1529 is within eyesight of a traveller it will attempt to gain his/her attention and cause the traveller to make eye contact with it, which induces a hypnotic effect in the victim. The victim finds it very difficult to break eye contact with SCP-1529 and will begin to feel very warm and comfortable, and enticed to sit down and relax. Once the climber has stopped moving, SCP-1529 will close range with the climber and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Death from hypothermia appears to occur within 1-2 hours of making eye contact with SCP-1529” So basically SCP-1529 made the mountain climber relax in the cave and then when the climber had eye contact with 1529, 1529 was taunting the climber and stuff bla bla bla and then punished the climber after making eye contact with it by teleporting the mountain climber on the edge of Mount Everest. While the Climber was trying to climb up the cliff his skin turned pale, his hair fell off, and his limbs started to grow longer and skinnier. Hence, 096 was born.
